Hi there,

I'm a teacher, male 50, single, straight, thinking of relocating to the Raleigh area or there abouts. I love the outdoors as well as cultural aspects like fine dining and the arts. I would appreciate any pros/cons of what to consider. I'm planning to visit for 4 days in a few weeks ,so what advice would you give of how to check out the area to get a feel for what is going on. Also, what is the dating scene like for someone like me. I apprecaite your time and advice on these qeustions. Thank you.

Are you moving from Connecticut or Long Island? Because you just asked the same question about moving from CT?
