Also, why doesn't anyone stop at the stop signs in front of Target. Almost got killed the other day.
If it is on private property, law enforcement will never issue a ticket.
Had same issue walking sidewalks at Park West, and questioned Morrisville PD who were there regarding one of the many thefts from unlocked cars while attending movies, etc.
So the Chick-fil-a is open . They are taking to go orders and payments all outside. Not exactly sure why they aren't taking payments indoors, but oh well. Also, enjoy Nishiki sushi. Also, it looks like they've started construction on Chuy's which will be beside Verizon/Starbucks?
It looks like they are really having trouble renting out their space.
Cost too high? The demand has to be there with no other retail options in the immediate area.
I was looking for something else and checked their latest site plan. Looks like a few more spaces with names, a dental place and what I assume is a hair salon. Cold Stone is showing in the weird stand alone building in the median, can't remember if that was there before. My friends who live there said that the Toby Kieth place will now be a comedy club and that supposedly over 90% of the storefronts are already leased. I find that hard to believe with how much of a ghost-town the place was when I was there last week but I guess we'll see.
