The family's moving in late June before the new house is completed. I need to start looking into furnished housing unit that we can rent for a few weeks to max of 3 months. I briefly looked at Home Suite Home that have 3 properties close to 1 hwy and Buck Jones Road area.
1. Does anybody have housing experience with HomeSuiteHome properties?
2. What other properties do you recommend?
3. What tips do you have or what should we watch out for when entering into temporary lease? I've never rented before and so this is a new experience.
4. What's a reasonable rent for a 2-3 bedroom unit? Would it be more since it's only a few weeks or months instead of the typical annual lease?
