We kinda don't like the idea of driving 5+ mins through a neighbhorhood to get to our house but I suppose we'd do it if it meant we could have a yard to play in.

Yes, my house is at the very back end of the neighborhood and sits on Progress Energy's woods. They are pretty vast and I can walk to Harris Lake in about 15 minutes or so. I like being at the back of the neighborhood because there is very little traffic, more peaceful. I call it a "mullet" lot; suburb in the front and country in the back lol. It does take about 3 minutes to get to Avent Ferry as it is right at 1 mile.
