Was headed to Chapel Hill on 15/501 yesterday and saw that the Fish House restaurant sign is gone and "Saucy Crab" sign is in its place. Has anyone been?

We went there last weekend right after they opened. We got there on Saturday around 530 and the place was packed! Its casual seafood with paper on the tables. There is not a lot on the menu right now but the waitress told us they will be expanding depending on what seafood is in season. They bring out most of the items steamed in a bag and you dump it out on the paper and use your hands to enjoy. There are also some fried items on the menu. Very basic, no dessert. Everything is ordered by the 1/2 pound so I had 1/2 pound of peel and eat shrimp and 1/2 pound of crab legs. Everything was very fresh. The only thing I can say that is negative is that the service was a little slow. I am hoping they only improve with time because I will definitely go back!

Sounds like a Hot N Juicy Crawfish type restaurant, except they just give you the bag.

Thanks all. I seem to stay about a step behind on the restaurant news!
Never heard of a place where you order by the half pound unless its bbq to go!
