Looking for large space for consignment event (Raleigh, Durham: sale, for rent)

We got some feedback yesterday. Thank You for that info.

We need a large space to host a Sporting Gear Consignment Event. We host these all over the country and this will be our first in Raleigh area. It can be North or South of the city. We will do both.

We rent the space for 10 days and look for 5000 to 1000 sqf. Any ideas? We look for empty retail spaces, gyms, flex space that are locally owned.

What are you guys seeing? Where are consignment the events currently being held?

There was a consignment electronics sale a few months ago at the empty retail store space in the Food Lion Shopping Center on T. W. Alexander Road in Brier Creek. They are now empty and looking for tenants. Perhaps they might consider renting it out again for a short term deal?

I go to a seasonal children's consignment sale in Litchford Village twice a year. It's right beside the Food Lion off Litchford Rd. I assume this is available for rent.

I went to a large children's consignment sale at Northgate Mall in Durham last month. The space was next to Sears.
