She was dropped off at Wake County yesterday afternoon. The SPCA does not accept strays due to an agreement they have with Wake County Animal Control. Do not take surrenders there unless they were previously fostered by the SPCA. The SPCA is no-kill, they pull animals from euthanize facilities all over the area.

As already mentioned, you are incorrect. You may be confusing the SPCA with the country shelter.

Did you post a "found pet" ad on Craigslist? I looked for one to send to my friends but couldn't find one.

Yes. If the dog in OP belongs to your friends, she's at Wake County.

No, I mean I wanted to send a link to friends so they could share as well. I still can't find one there.

A resolution!

If the owners do not claim her, a family has applied to adopt her from the Wake Co Animal Shelter. Best possible resolution for a sweet dog that's getting a second chance.
