The HOA doesn't have anything to do with it. [\QUOTE]
Looks like somebody forgot to read the article.
"According to an injunction filed by the Radcliffe Homeowner’s Association against the mansion’s owners...."
Of course I read the article, and of course, the HOA was the first to take action. But they were clearly breaking the law, regardless of any HOA law. Obviously.

Sounds like a fun place I thought this kind of stuff happened only in movies! Oh yeah, and that neighbor sounds so credible - $45 for valet parking for a "house-warming" party should've been end of conversation if he was all that innocent
FWIW, the neighbor lives in a house formerly owned by former Carolina Hurricane (and current Los Angeles King) Justin Williams. Living in the former home of a pro athlete, he may have actually thought it was legit for that area.

I'd bet good money that neighbors had contacted the police, probably numerous times. I can't imagine this didn't happen.
Many HOA's sign agent agreements with the Police Dept. to enforce trespassing laws, etc. and often HOA's are assigned a police officer to contact regarding rule violations. The Cary police dept. is clear that they will enforce laws but not HOA rules.
Why didn't anyone recommend this to me as a way to earn money when I asked how to make money once I quit my teaching job this month? It sounds like she could make in a day what I make in a year!
Oh, was it because I said, "Legally" make money?
I cannot imagine paying someone $45 to park my car...
