So, I know hardly anyone on here is way out here in clayton, but...
We've been here almost a year and need to find Drs. We always went to a complex that had all the Drs, labs, specialists, in one building and it was all one company. The closest I can find here are the Wakemed places that "timeshare" the offices in the buildings, so they are not all one medical practice, but at least all in one place.
I can't find any reviews on the Clayton physicians or the place itself. I've found a few reviews that said Wakemed hospital isn't the cleanest or greatest, but nothing on this place or any doctors.
My kids need a new pediatrician, like yesterday and I need a new ob/gyn. DH just needs a internist or family practice.
Anyone been to any Drs. in the Clayton Wakemed off HWY 70 that can share opinions?
We went to the same place since I was born, so this is really difficult!

I've been to Wake Outpatient Rehab on the first floor for work and had a great experience there. Can't share anything about primary care physicians, but the location is easy to find, it was definitely clean when I was there, plenty of parking, etc. I would give it a try.

I don't have a very nice opinion of the pediatric practice in that building, but I know people that are content with them and their reviews seem to be favorable. That's my only experience with any of offices there.
However, I have only good things to say about Horizon Family Medicine. They have several locations throughout Johnston county, two in Clayton (off the 42 west of the 70, and in Riverwood).

Our ped is Jeffers Mann on 70. We are extremely happy with the practice. Dr. Langdon especially is our favorite! Our girls love her and feel very comfortable. We've used the ER there (very nice and no wait both times). My daughter and I use Triangle Orthopedics in that complex as well as their PT dept and have been very pleased. My husband saw a general surgeon there also and was happy. (Gosh that sounds like we are all on deaths door! Ha!).

There are plenty of us here in Clayton

Another vote for Horizon Family Medicine. They are excellent, and they have a lot of in-house services (bloodwork, sonogram, xray, etc.)

We're from Clayton too Have you found a pediatrician that you like yet? We go to Raleigh Pediatrics Garner and love it there. We've had specialists at most of the surrounding hospitals (WakeMed, Johnston Medical, Duke, Chapel Hill). I found Duke to be the hospital that we like most but everyone has a different opinion. We had specialists at Children's Hospital Boston so Duke seems to have the best options for us and is very comparable. Our local pediatrician's office has been great with our kids. Now if we can only find an adult practice that is as good for us! I've been to WakeMed, Duke-Raleigh, and Chapel Hill for pancreatitis (and every one had a different answer!) but we're still looking for permanent drs. Triangle Gastro was great as well. Anyways, I hope that you had good results in your search.
