I'm looking for your recommendation for good local photo processing. For snapshots and such I had good luck with both Target and Wolf. Well, Wolf is gone an Target changed to inkjet (which sucks bad).
I've tried Costco and their photos are terrible.
** Does anyone recommend Raleigh labs that still processes with c41 (chemical) processes?
JW Photo Labs on West Street in Raleigh still develops film. I've done develop and develop and scan recently. Developing seems fine. Haven't had as good of luck with their scanning, though, compared with the online place I've used.

i was going to recommend JW as well. i've never scanned though, so have no idea how that compares.
Everyone is going to dry labs, The impact of wet labs on the environment is horrible. Costco has a pretty strong dry lab and you can color sync to match the lab.
JW is the most recommended in Raleigh. As said, Costco gets great pro reviews, so long as you download their specific ICC files to match the colorspace.
Online, MPIX, Bayphoto are both great.
