Wake County schools abbreviations... (Morrisville: elementary school, teacher, areas)

Can anyone tell me what the abbreviation CCR stands for? My son sees the CCR teacher for extra help in some areas but I do not have any idea what this stands for. last year it was not the CCR teacher that he saw, but the IRT teacher. is there a difference? thanks.

Cross cat would mean trained in more than one disability, and instructional resource would mean specializing in a specific content area. At least that is how I would would view it.
