Went by for an after work beer Friday. Did not eat but this place has about the most spartan interior I have ever seen. Just painted walls. The old Falls Tap room had zero ambience and this new place is no improvement.
I really like the black tablecloths with the black paint on the ceiling. It makes it feel really cheerful.
Went to TerraFin Station today for lunch and the food was very, very good. I was a bit unsure as I had company from out of town with me but they too enjoyed their meals.
The owner "Nate" introduced himself and out waitress was very sweet. Apparently Nate and his wife have a Terrafin Station in Garner as well.
The Tap Room ambience still remains but I like that kind of simple neighborhood feel (we ate in the bar).
I hope more people will take the opportunity to give it a try. I know I'll definitely eat there again, especially when it gets warmer (even though there were people who chose to eat outside today).
