am quite new to this forum and did not appropriately title my question
briefly --i am looking to purchase a 3 bedroom townhome/patio home in the cary / north raleigh area --though ALL areas which have well constructed ( this forum has opined that centex homes are well constructed ) homes close to shopping , and RDU airport will surely be considered.
my request is to direct me to quality develpoments AND the services of a reliable, knowledgable real estate agent. would rather benefit from someones good experience than going randomly into the yellow book.
