I will be travelling to the Raleigh area this weekend for the first time. I am interested in checking out real estate this Saturday, Oct. 21, 2006. Are there any realtors that have time in there schedules to possible show me around? Primarily interested in new townhomes less than 2 years old with at least 3 bedrooms and pretty sizeable square footage. Can anybody help? Sorry for the short notice.
I can help you as well. I am very familiar with Raleigh and the downtown area, if being close to downtown is of interest. I also have a website you can preview some homes before your trip. Just send me a quick note.
I'll be at my office as we are having a Fall Festival! We'll be handing out pumpkins and mums to our clients. Feel free to stop by and say "hi". I'll be wearing my pumpkin shirt!!! Oh yhea, Barney will be there and we'll have ice cream and candy too! Ya'll stop by now! Vicki
UrbanDweller - We had Betty Bargoil from Fonville-Morsey of Raleigh - she's great. We're from FL and she made sure that she's available to meet with us. She was so kind to give us a ride to many different towns before making our final decision. She constantly communicates with us thru email since we are hearing impaired. We found a dream home, thanks to Betty. She has a wide knowledge of the area and is an expert in real estate business. Also, she knows about schools and jobs area well. Good luck.
With a name like "UrbanDweller", I'm thinking a good realtor for you would also be Ann-Cabell of the Glenwood Agency. I've seen her work around here and am pretty impressed. Google the name and you can get all the info you need. Good luck.
UrbanDweller, try Listwise Realty at www.listwise.com. They will give you a rebate of half of the commission received. I got $2500 back from the house I just bought in Cary, and that money is going into the repairs I need to do.
