I found a home and I am looking for opinions. It is a home built by Keystone Builders at Hampton Pointe in Rolesville. has anyone ever heard of this builder? Anyone live in a Keystone home? Any opinions???
Keystone is a great builder. My friend lives in this neighborhood and if I had seen it before I bought my home, I would have bought there myself. The lots are all a great size so the houses are spread out as opposed to some new communities in that area and the homes are built extremely well. You get so much home for your money. I know my friend had a great experience building her home there and I am thinking about relocating to Oak Park which is another neighborhood by Keystone in Youngsville, NC.
I have to agree, with Keystone you get alot of home for the money! and you are correct the lots are huge! both hampton Pointe and oak park have lots around .5 acres and the homes aren't right on top of each other. Other neighborhoods are giving huge discounts on their already built homes.... I have to ask WHY???? What is wrong with those homes???? Did they put weird things in them? Are those from purchases that fell through??? At Keystone, if I build, I select everything from the ground up. Still haven't decided whether to rent an apt and build or buy one that is ready to move in...
Fran if you are thinking about Oak Park... buy now!!!!
It's probably way too late but I'm here to say, don't do it! My experience with building a house at Hampton Pointe has been nothing but a headache. Moderator cut: use dm
