Hi all!

I moved here from outside DC and used to go line dancing all the time up there. I have yet to find a place down here to go. I went once to Longbranch, but I heard it's closing (has already closed?). Is there anywhere else around here that has line dancing? Any places where you can take lessons and then dance?

Thanks!

What kind? "Urban" line dancing or "Country" line dancing? I know a TON of places doing "Urban" style, that seems to be the hot new thing now.

I'm not sure I know the difference between urban and country line dancing. Urban as in Cha-Cha Slide and Cupid Shuffle? I'm more into country line dancing if that's so... What places do you know?

Yes, I have many friends who are into "urban" line-dancing - kind of Cha-Cha slide on STEROIDS! Here's an example of the "Bull City Sliders": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A-u5-6zAXkA Pretty intricate and detailed dances. Not quite what you're looking for. SORRY!

Default line dancing

I'd love to know where the "urban" line dancing places are! I'm new to the area and it's something that I've enjoyed to do for quite some time, but I haven't been lucky enough to find groups in smaller cities.
