I know the fair is here this weekend, but if you're looking for a free cultural event, Cary Diwali is on Saturday at Koka Booth. It's such a fun day with great food and entertainment and they have great fireworks at night too!

I went for a bit today - it was fun - seemed to be more engaged than in the past (keeping in mind that I usually go early in the day - I think it may have always been rather active later in the day). Definitely better for me than paying for the fair!
