I am looking at residential options on Centennial Campus because it seems like a cool mixed used community. I fall in the 'young professional' category and am somewhat concerned that it will mostly be students and families. Does anyone live on the campus / can comment on this?

Also, does anyone know what the deal is with The Greens apartment development? It seems they do not have a leasing office and are supposed to open in December 2013. That struck me as strange and I'm wondering if there's something I don't know going on...

Are you looking to rent or buy? There isn't much for sale, except a townhouse on Trailwood Drive which might be a good choice. There are also student-oriented apartments at Collegiate Circle. Where, specifically, were you looking?

Regarding the Greens at Centennial-- Have you contacted them? There are frequently delays in getting occupancy permits. But, I agree it looks cool, and designed for young professionals.
