Papa Mojo's in Durham offers fried, grilled or blackened catfish. I've tried all three preparations and really enjoyed each one.

The Pit offers fried catfish in the evening. I tried it once. It was ok, but kinda lacking in seasoning for my tastes.

I had a pet catfish for 15 years (yes, they live that long) so I can no longer eat catfish.

However, O'Charley's in Cary has surprisingly good fried cod in their Fish n' Chips platter.
