Apologies to all for asking so many questions! I am closing on my new house in Bedford on Thursday morning and the inside is builder white. I want to have the interior painted. Can anyone recommend a good painter? I like Benjamin Moore paint only and have colors picked out. Maybe private message me if you prefer?
Thanks.

I hired Nick Cerpa(sp) of Certapro. His team did my entire interior and some cabinets. No paint splatters, and very professional. I found his company on Angie's List.

Default Angie's list

I was just looking at the Angie's List web site. Do you think it is overall worth the money? My sister used it in Seattle and found a lot. Did you find a lot in Raleigh? Thanks, gurl.

Yes, I found it to be VERY helpful when I was looking for painters. The reviews seemed to be quite honest. I contacted several painters and had them come in with bids. Some were strangely low, and others were strangely high.

The most professional guys who came to bid all had bids in a similar range. Higher than most, but not the highest.

I've also had good luck with the guys who the Handyman Network has sent over. They're VERY prompt, and knock out the jobs in no time. Plus they were honest about what they could not do, as well as, things they said I could get done cheaper via other companies.

I will tell you that Alan Willis, the owner of Willis and Co., is by far the best painter in Raleigh. Not the least expensive, nor the most. A man of business and personal integrity. His people are held to very high standards, and he does work by referral only. Tell him Jule referred you.

Default Willis & Co.

Hi, I've been referred to Alan by another friend, but the number she gave me is not correct. Do you have a current number for him?
Thanks!
