Jones Franklin Rd, Jones Sausage Rd, Jones Ferry Rd, Buck Jones, who is this Jones fella and why does the Triangle love him so much?
I can tell you about Jones Sausage Rd. You're talking about Jesse Jones...as in Jesse Jones Hot Dogs. He opened a slaughter house and meat packing on that road many years ago. They made sausage, hot dogs, bologna and just about anything you can make from a hog. His products became so well known they eventually named the road after him. The plant became Con-Agra in later years. Jesse Jones lived on King William Rd. in Raleigh over by Raleigh Country Club. I guess none of you guys went to Jesse Jones Night at the old Devereux Meadow Ball Park. It was the biggest night in Raleigh...well, maybe with the exception of The Dixie Classics in Reynolds.

Me too, every time I go out to the garbage and recycling now I'm thinking "ok, there better not be Mr. No Shoulders out here".
....I don't get it.....someone explain the Mr. No Shoulders" thing to me...
Also this storm is intense. It's like one of the ones out of a 90's horror movie with constant thunder and lightning.
