What is dust? It is debris left over from the creation of the universe. As such, it is sacrosanct material. Disturbing it is sinful behavior. Repent!

I checked out Joule for brunch today. It was really nice. Their coffee is great. The best next to Jubala in my mind.

Well, THAT explains why the cleaning ladies never bothered the "dust" bunnies!!!

I didn't do it on purpose. Grandson rolled a ball under there and when I got it out, the dust bunnies came along for the ride. I considered them uninvited guests and therefore, had to get rid of them! I just don't like uninvited guests whether they are dust bunnies or spiders!

Southern Seasons in Chapel Hill is having it's annual sale but even at 20% off it's still too expensive so I'm staying home and saving 100% by not going!

Had my first "get together" in my new home. 20 people for NY Day brunch. Brought together both old and new friends. A huge success!

I had a nice bonfire on New Years eve and watched the wood slowly brighten by the fires flame and slowly turn to ash as the seconds ticked by to close out the year. In that time I was able to think of all the changes that took place in the triangle in 2013 and that I would need much more wood for the 2014 New Years Eve bonfire, as the changes will keep coming faster and faster! Happy New Year all and to all a good triangle!!

I went to Macy via Northgate Mall on NY day for a new cookware set. Out in 10mins (love it!) You all can have Southpoint Mall.

Wake County should introduce a new rule that requires schools to remain closed through the weekend when New Years Day falls on a Wednesday or Thursday. This morning was way too painful for all involved getting my kids off to school for what amounts to a two-day week. Next year I'm taking my family out of town so I have an excuse to keep the kids home on January 2.

The upcoming wintry weather may derail my plan for cabinet hinge spray painting. Also, my next house must have a garage.
