Maybe a weird question, but is there any way to search for a hone for sale or rent by...color? Girlfriend would love a blue or green house.

Why not just paint whatever house fits your layout/specs?

Set your budget, set a target area, do a MLS search....find a house that's blue or green.

Or a house that fits the rest of your criteria that you can paint or have re-sided.
