I just took the time to type out a long response to the mask thread only to find it had gotten locked before I could submit. Very disappointing. It was quite an eloquent reply too if I may say so myself and could have solved all of our problems.

Lumber isn't cheap nor is the labor to install a fence, it's a lot of weight to lug around. It adds up quickly. Outdoor/landscaping services are in high demand right now as well.
