Hi Jenniferg72nc,
Great info on Heritage. Thank you! So glad to hear of all ages as I am looking to move ONCE, and someday I will be an empty nester myself. Also, so good for the kids to have neighbors of all ages. We had that when we lived in NC 10 years ago and had the kindest, sweetest different kinds of folks. It looks beautiful there- so nice and manicured. I do love that!

Fantasy vs reality- but part of me is an soul looking to lay down roots and have great neighbors and local merchants. Thanks again-
I live in Apex where it's a short drive down Salem St. to get to downtown with local merchants, or hop on hwy 1 to get to Cary Crossroads for big-chain stores Michaels, Lowe's, etc.. Sure, I could get these stores at Beaver Creek in Apex too, but traffic on hwy 1 is easier to navigate than 55. So, you'll get the best of both worlds in Apex.
