They have been around for quite a while. He built my in-laws house in Cary about 20 years ago. Overall, the quality and construction is about normal for what was then a typical non-golf view house in Preston. Nothing too crazy has gone wrong, but it has not been perfect either. I think he had a couple of rough spots in years past, but the fact that he has survived over that amount of time says something.
