Anyone have any info about this development? The prices seem pretty good but they do seem to cut corners in a few areas (siding, the countertops are cheap) but the lots seem a little bigger and I think that part of Cary will grow allot in the next 5 years....thoughts?

Matt

I have inspected several of them and they do pretty well. Orleans is the builder IIRC. That is certainly an up and coming area!

I think they may be in Chatham County. Could be wrong though. It makes a difference as far as schools go.

Relocary, I'm sorry, it was my mistake. When I first searched for Weldon Ridge, I saw that their sales office was at 208 Ivy Shaw Rd Cary, NC 27519, and wasn't able to find Ivy Shaw Rd in the Wake County. But after your post I looked at it again and it's actually Ivyshaw Rd, which is in Wake. Those inventory homes look fantastic. Thanks for the info!

Yeah they are in wake....the homwowners ass costs $45 a month..the lots seems pretty big at .18-23.

They are currently offering some interior upgrade cash as an incentive (10k this month) but the options seems very over priced. But I think you cound have a very well optioned place for $325-340k. I just don't know alot about that part of Cary. How far do you need to go for a supermarket etc. It is still the "boonies"

hi...
There is a kroger and harris teeter about 3 or 4 miles from this neighbourhood...and they are opening a new harris teeter near cary park....so getting closer!!
This part of the cary is growing fast...if you noticed..all the roads are getting bigger, new neighbourhoods are coming up fast in this area too...in 2 or 3 years, I would say this area will totally look different and NEW!!
