I have also heard good things about Christ the King and if we weren't moving to N. Raleigh soon, I would most likely be enrolling my son there. Good luck!

Both Kids r Kids of Morrisville and the Kids r Kids at Cary Towne Center have a half day pre school program. Ages 3 and 4 are combined. It is 3.5 hours per day. Primrose offers half day but I found them to be more expensive. All non religious.

I know the original post was from Feb so hopefully the OP has found something that works for her. But Carolina Parent's online directory is always a good place to start and help narrow it down!

We aren't a religious family, but we still sent our kids to church preschool. Both First Baptist in downtown Cary and Good Hope Baptist were great schools! Even though Good Hope was a bit more religious than First Baptist, I liked the small, close knit, family feeling of Good Hope.
