Hello,

We are looking to buy a townhouse at Providence Place.
Does any one have any information on the deals Hovnanian is offering on the townhomes or Crossings at Providence place on inventory homes.

Thanks in advance!

Just because you are considering new construction, be aware that the onsite person in the model home works for the builder and may or may not tell you of any incentives.

Take your buyer's agent with you so that she can negotiate for you and can check the comps to see what previous homes have sold for.

We purchased our home in the crossings during the sale they had a few weeks ago. I did see a few incentives on existing homes a week or two ago for about 20k off but not sure about the townhomes. When you go to view any homes they ask for a email address and I've received a few emails from them about specials. We worked with Cheryl at Providence and she has been very helpful with all our questions and made our first purchase a very pleasant one.

Default Any one else looking at Providence???

I am looking to buy a townhouse and I narrowed my search to Providence Place in Morrisville and Camden at Cary Park. But I am leaning towards Providence since I like the floor plan better, I am not a big fan of a three story townhome like they have at Camden. Also, I don't feel like with traffic on 55, I am guessing my commute from Durham to Providence will be a little easier.
They had a a better deal on the Villas at Providence, 25K off, is it worht considering even though the townhomes are just the size I am looking for?
And just an FYI, there is no model at Providence, so I had to go to Bradley at Apex where Hovnanian has similar floor plans.
So my question has to do with that subdivision and its overall appeal, and also the resale value down the road.
Thanks for any other thoughts or helpful suggestions.

M.
