So what happens if you have to catch a Megabus at 3 in the morning? How far is the hospital from the Megabus site? Can I catch a cab or Uber from the hospital to the Megabus?
Well, I assume it's up to you to get there before 3 in the morning. It's about a 10 minute car ride from Duke Hospital to the Bus Station where Megabus parks. Just cab or Uber it.

I was wondering if anyone has actually parked at the Duke Parking Deck overnight and took a MegaBus trip for a few days. How did it work out and was there any issues parking at the hospital overnight.

I came across your post and I am in the same situation. Was wondering if you parked at the hospital and took an uber to the Megabus station. Did you have any issues leaving your car at the Duke Hospital Parking Deck over night for a couple of days.
