All the threads I found on this subject were older and I figured maybe there's some update. In Florida, Kosher for Passover food is relatively easy to come by. I know I won't get any fresh meat or anything without traveling to Charlotte or DC, but does anyone know where I can get a wide assortment of boxed goods, snacks, chocolate, maybe frozen chicken, cheese, etc? I'm looking for something more than the standard matzah, jell rings, wine, and macaroon end cap most stores usually have (though I haven't even seen those yet!).
You will have a hard enough time finding the endcap stuff. I've had the best luck at certain Kroger stores, and at Whole Foods. I don't know where you'd find any wide assortment though. I've ordered online before.
Kroger, particularly the one on Falls of Neuse, is your best bet locally. But in years past my wife and I have arranged for trips back to the New York area to load up on the non-perishable stuff because at it's best, the local fare ain't so great.

Slim to none pickin's of Passover food in Chapel Hill. I buy mine when we go up to DC, and I didn't think what they had was all that great when we lived there, but not much at all here. Greensboro might be a bit better.
Figured I'd let you all know my findings - went all around town today
Kroger at Strickland and Falls of Neuse has the best selection, bar none. It's spread across 3 different aisles. They were also the only place that had a decent KP wine (3 different non-Manischiewitz wines).
Trader Joe's in Raleigh has KP Empire fresh chicken breasts (not frozen). I'm told the TJ's in Chapel Hill has more KP meat.
I couldn't find KP Diet Coke (yellow cap) anywhere. The aforementioned Kroger has a TON of KP Coke but if anyone in the Triangle sees the yellow cap Diet Coke, PLEASE let me know!
