Why I think Clayton is overrated!

Yup. And as for the claim that "everybody knows each other...", how long is that going to stay true when hundreds move there from up north each and every month? Methinks a lot of these same folks just moving in now will be wanting to "shut the door behind themselves" in a year or two.

Actually, people moving here are not just coming from the North. They are coming from all over the US and abroad. We have neighbors and local friends from FL, MI, MA, OH, CO, NJ, NY, PA, NH, VA, CA, SC, etc.

Anyhow, we love it here in Clayton/Archer Lodge and after 2 1/2 years are just as happy as when we moved in.
