I think that would still be considered to be Hayes Barton. That area on the west side of Oberlin is called Budleigh, as our old deed said "Forty Acres Revised" .
That home is called Tatton Hall and was built in 1935 or so for Mr. Edgerton who owned Raleigh Bonded Warehouse. It sits on about 10 acres and is now lived in by his grandson.
