to start working on long term solutions. Climatologists have been right on the money so far and they say drought years will be increasing in frequency and severity. I just emailed my councilman and the mayor and asked them to request the study. If we do not plan ahead, we'll deserve what we get. Saving that few bucks out of our pockets now could send us "down the river" later.
