Well if you have 2 or 3 restaurants, I call that a chain. Might be small but it's a chain. I don't see what's so great about this place. Don't mean to be a Debbie Downer but I've had mixed experiences with that place. I could go there for lunch since it's close to work (in Raleigh) but I never feel the need to go there.

I love the chicken. Its awesome. What isn't unfortunately is the sides. I'm not sure how black beans and rice can disappoint but the success box rice and can black beans I do at home has way more flavor then there's. Even the fried plantains are bland. French fries are cheap frozen variety and salad is limp and sad. I've gone in several times wanting a meal but purchasing the chicken a la carte and doing the sides at home.

I love the chicken and the beans & rice. I mix the beans & rice together and put green sauce on some and yellow sauce on the other. I have no idea what the "proper" use for the sauces is, so I am probably committing a faux pax with what I do.
