I realize (some) attorneys provide a useful service but the irony contained in this article is welcome relief to anyone dealing with the rising costs of doing business due to frivolous lawsuits.

The headlines generated by that lawsuit made the federal government aware of the situation, which led to it notifying the state it was violating federal law."
