My family is thinking of moving to the Holly Springs area and we are looking at the Holly Point subdivision off of Avent Ferry. Does anyone have anything positive or negative to say regarding this area/subdivision? I noticed a lot of houses for sale. I have a 2 year old and a baby on the way in September.

I have inspected several of them, and live right up the street in Holly Glen. It is a beautiful neighborhood, and are schools very close by so limited chance of a re-zone. Avent Ferry can get a little backed up with traffic during rush hour or when schools let out, but no real complaints with this area. Holly Springs has been a great place to raise our kids.

We live in Holly Glen also, in the new Garman homes. Nothing but good things to say about Garman homes and Holly Springs so far. Avent Ferry can get a little backed up however you are very close to the schools as well as the Teeter shopping center.
