Hi there,

We just purchased a home in Carpenter Village and would love to get most of the rooms painted before we move in…and we live in PA ..if anyone has any recommendations for a reliable, detailed painter in the area, please feel free to DM me. Thank you so much!

We used Hansell Painting. The prices were reasonable and we were happy with their work. They were fully insured and happy to provide references - not every company I contacted met these last two requirements!

Also, wait for the 10% coupon from Lowes or Home Depot for new Home Buyers and use that when getting paint.

We used Primary Painting (Raleigh) Primary Painting - Raleigh, Cary, Apex, North Carolina - House Painters not to be confused with "Primary Painting of Cary" for which I cannot vouch. Leslie (the owner) will come out and take a thorough look prior to providing an estimate. She'll then have her crew perform the work. They use Sherwin Williams paint but I believe you can supply your own paint as well. We are very pleased with the results.

I found all estimates included paint and all the painters I received estimates from used Sherwin Williams but one, who used Behr.

On a side note Sherwin William's paint is very good as is the company and their customer service. If you have a problem with their product they will do their best to rectify the situation and leave you a happy customer. They did this for us.

We got a quote from her but went with someone else. We would have used her, though. She was very thorough.
