Has anyone heard of this company? (Raleigh: low income, apartment complexes, rentals)

Hi, I would like to know if anyone ever heard of DHIC (downtown housing improvement corp.) They are located in Raleigh and have apartment complexes in many parts of NC. If so, can you please tell me if you've associated with them or not and how is thier service.Thanks!

This is subsidized low income housing and has income caps.

I have heard their service is good from clients that used their counseling services. The do rentals as well as home ownership counseling and other services. There are income caps and other requirements, it is worth calling them to see if they can help. If not they will likely point you towards other resources.
