Back again looking for more trade recommendations.
I am working through the punch list from a recent home inspection. The inspector noted 6 to 12 loose bricks on the front entry.
The wrought iron railing on the same entry had one upright which was knocked loose and will need to be welded back in place.
So I am hoping to get recommendations for both a mobile welding outfit willing to do a very small job and a second for a mason willing to remove maybe a dozen loose bricks, clean them up and then mortar then back in place. I am really looking for skilled tradespeople, quality of work is really important to me.
Again any recommendations will very much appreciated.
