Seems like they're running new cable. Ours was out for a couple of hours last week as they laid new cable above ground. Zip 27519 in western Cary. it'll be out again soon when they come to bury it.
When the storm front rolled through, TWC internet was down for 10-15 minutes at my office on Cary-Morrisville line, but I don't know if that was the actual length of outage.
I reset the modem and router and was up and running right away, so it may have been a shorter outage.
