Have seen a large number of apartments being built across from Toys R Us behind Triangle Town Center but find no informational signs about the community.

Anybody know anything about this property? Looks nice.

Funny I found this thread as the wife asked about these last night when leaving Toys-R-Us. Odd that there isn't any construction equipment there anymore. Website says they are pre-leasing. My guess is the builder is out of money and can't finish until so many units have been pre-leased. Obviously not many have been pre-leased since according to the website the apartments should be completed spring of '14 which has passed.
