We looked at a house in Park Village. It was in a nice location for sure. The houses were a little close together for our tastes, though. We also looked at Sherwood Greens, which is literally right next door. Those houses seemed a little nicer to me but the price point is higher.
The houses are close together and they are on the small side in sq footage. I noticed that a few of the listings on realtor.com were also on NC Home Rentals. Keep in mind there are quite a few home rentals there. I think this would probably be good for first time home buyers on a budget that want to live in Cary. There may be school redistricting. Laurel Park Elementary is going to open soon. You can check WCPSS website to see the status of that.
Thank you folks! I'm a first time buyer looking to buy a home in Cary. This helps.
