Yeah, same with my mom, and then she needed to have them out when she was 75.
OP, why don't you have them out one at a time? Unless they are causing you trouble or pain, you don't have to have them all done at once.
A lot of what is involved in the charges is for anesthesia too. If you are willing to be awake for it, or maybe take a valium beforehand, then that will lower the cost as well.
