You can do a search for sold listings on one of the popular real estate companies sites that are in this area (I think Citydata restricts us from linking to it). It will give you all the details on the house.
Dustinr - If that is now your home.....you got a great deal IMO especially being in the Chapel Hill area! When we watched last night, my husband and I both said we would have picked that house!
They picked the crap cookie-cutter house with the zero lot lines. The house the OP is mentioning is the one I'd have chosen. Dustin if that is your house...congratulations! That's an awesome house! Bahama/Rougemont area I assume?
There have been several triangle-area episodes of HH lately. A couple months ago there was a couple where the wife worked at UNC and the husband's top priority was buying a house in Durham/CH that had room to park a school bus so he could buy a school bus and turn it into an RV.
oh and there is a 4.2 acre lot across the road in the same development for sale currently that you can build whatever on.. not sure it has the topography for a walkout though.
