Looking for affordable seamstress/tailor for hemming in Chapel Hill (Durham: price, places)

I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for someone who can do light alterations (hemming and buttons type) at an affordable price in the Chapel Hill or even Durham area. I have found some places that seem to be really expensive, so I was wondering if someone could help with a recommendation and/or deals. Perhaps I am just not informed on the price range for this area!

Have you checked out Lee Tailors at Southpoint Mall? We have used them for several items in the last few years and have been very pleased. Don't recall the rates specifically but found them to be fair for the work we had done.
