I just spent 20 minutes on chat trying to see if they have a MAXX launch date for my address, and after insisting that it was already live in Raleigh, the support guy without warning remotely rebooted my modem, of course dropping my chat session.
All for the best anyway...all I wanted was a date, and he was apparently incapable of finding it for me.
