New ones are coming up on church street Everett Crossing in Morrisville. No further idea on them. But as you may be aware, prices I hear are unreal in cary/morrisville now
I agree 100%!
The price is way too high nowadays.....
It's continue going up and up....
But I hate traffic jams and long commute, I see that now every roads around Cary are Jammmed during rush hours around 8am~9am and 4pm~5pm...., so I hope if I could live close to the company...
Select a TH in a desirable location with at least 3BR-I like the Collins Grove in Cary yet they will not have amenities such as pool/clubhouse and at the $300k price might be steep just for the property. Can u rent until the market settles a little it might payoff if you can delay. We are seeing a flash flood of folks buying from other states which has inflated prices so just consider that.
What is your price range, based upon the cash you have or the loan you've been pre-approved for?
What does your Realtor suggest?
It sounds like you've narrowed down the location based on commute, which is the next variable.
With a new townhouse, it is impossible to determine future resale value/appreciation. I think of Glenwood North as an example where it languished during the recession but now they're selling very fast....at about their original 06-07 prices.
You definitely want to consider amenities, and you definitely want a real-sized garage. I've seen some of the new ones, I'm not sure how you'd get a mid-sized sedan into even.

Definately watch the garage. We looked at a new built 2 car garage but it was really like a 1 1/2 garage. The right side could not accommadate a Camry. We wound up with one built in 2004 and it's a large 2 car garage with 2 garage doors and space in between them.

Lennar TH are in the middle of building around Church Street, Everett Crossing, my question is that it's close to 540 and rail road/54(Chapel Hill Rd), no noise from 540 and rail road?
