I agree with tatiana1 about "knowing someone." Networking is the best way to secure a position. I thought it was this way throughout the country, not just NC?

I don't have family ties in NC nor do I have expansive contacts, but I haven't found it too hard to network.

In retail Management I know that Charlotte opened a Belk Store. It's a nice dept. store and I assume they would be hiring.
