Kid friendly communities (Raleigh, Clayton, Zebulon: condo, homes, price)

I am looking to move to the aera, I am looking for a community that offers all outside needs like a condo, except a single family home in the 140's that is kid friendly ?

I'm not aware of any communities of single family homes that offer outside maintanence in that price range. For the most part, new communities with very low price points are in towns bordering the Triangle, like Zebulon, Clayton, Fuquay Varina, or the far outskirts of Raleigh.
